Sustainability Agents is a social enterprise that aims for more-than-profit. It was founded by the competence, creativity and sheer hard work of its agents, network partners and silent supporters. We generate value (our first priority), and because others - mostly our private sector clients - agree that we do, we are also able to generate profit (our second priority). In this way we skillfully combine our social entrepreneurial aims with economic success. Our structure is lean. We rely instead on our huge, diverse and global network of experts who are at the cutting edge of improving working conditions in global supply chains. Our agents are highly committed hardworking professionals, who are comfortable working within virtual teams: bridging geographical distance and cultural frontiers with ease.

Maren Knolle Phd Cand. is a consultant and doctoral student. In her research, Maren focusses on the effectiveness of participative structures for improving the implementation of social standards in the textile and consumer goods industry.

Eva Moreno M.A. is a trainer and consultant for Sustainability Agents. She holds a Masters degree in Development Studies (with a specialisation in Work, Employment and Globalisation) from the Institute of Social Studies in The Hague (2009).

Sharon Otoo

Sharon Otoo B.A. (Hons) is employed as a consultant and trainer. As a graduate of the University of London (German and Management Studies, 1997), Sharon brings her considerable experience to the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity Management.

Sebastian Siegele

Sebastian Siegele Dipl.-Ing. (equivalent to MSc Engineering) is the founder and owner of Sustainability Agents and has gained considerable experience in his field. He has specialised in the promotion of social standards through his work with all major German retailers since 1999.

Sun Ying

Sun Ying M.A., LL.M.  works as a consultant and trainer for Sustainability Agents, with key responsibility for new business development in South East Asia. Specialised in Chinese Labour Law, Ying holds a Masters degree in International Law from the University of Wuhan and a Masters in Law (LL.M.) from Harvard University.
