Make Globalisation Fair!
We Know About Your Situation
In our globalised economy, social conflicts are easily revealed. Consider the scenario of the middle class child wearing a pretty pink dress. The link between her and the young Chinese migrant worker, who is at high-risk of being underpaid, abused, physically and psychologically harmed while making this pretty pink dress, can be made transparent at the click of a button. No one likes to see these inequalities yet no one wishes to take responsibility for them. The owners of supply chains, at the centre of all this, are under pressure to manage these inequalities while maintaining the economic bottom-line.
We Know The Solutions You (Should) Dream Of
We support multinationals and their suppliers to manage social requirements. We have moved beyond social auditing and other methods which focus on weaknesses or mistakes - we are solution driven. Our approach values simplicity and aims to discover what works in any given situation. Our focus on solutions rather than problems, on what we have, rather than what we don't, on what's going well, rather than what's gone wrong, and most importantly on the future, not on the past, is what leads to positive, pragmatic, collaborative work.
We Have The Tools You Need
We have a vision and the vision is called "Dialogue". We believe that individuals and organisations can resolve all problems by engaging in effective dialogue. Dialogue is simple yet effective, however efficient dialogue must be continuously learned, practised, enhanced, and relearned. Fortunately, all that is required to do this are a small number of resources and the right tools - which is what we have.
We have developed training programmes on how to promote and integrate social compliance based on a dialogue-driven process for all the different levels in the global supply chain. The best known of these is the SUSA-Dialogue-Programme for the supplier and factory levels. "This is of priceless value. We need these dynamic and innovative methods, not just for our suppliers, but also back at home in our headquarters" (Retail Buying Director, quoted after attending his first Supplier Dialogue Workshop).
If you are looking for a project partner to create an innovative project, designed to have the maximum impact, contact us now! We promise stimulating co-operation right from the start.
